30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. you received the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g. changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
